Independent Japanese brand founded in 2018 in Tokyo by Yusuke Kikuchi (trained as an architect, formerly in software) and Tomonari Nakagawa (trained as a swordsmith), producing fewer than ten watches a year. Known for applying black polishing — a technique normally reserved for tiny movement parts — to entire stainless steel cases; the Ichimonji and Murakumo models are built around a Swiss Vaucher 5401 micro-rotor movement.
