Manufacture founded in 1986 on the island of Elba by Marco Mantovani, partnered from 1987 with Milanese watchmaker Genesi (acquired in 2009). A pioneer of the titanium case (2002) and then the carbon-fibre case (2003), it co-founded in 2021 the revival of OISA 1937, a mechanical-movement workshop in Pavia.
